When learning a new platform, it can be overwhelming, especially when it comes to navigating and finding what you are looking for.
Note - some of these sections are product specific depending on if you have Engage, Destinations or both.
Home
In the home tab, you can see up to 4 different sub-tabs. These are your dashboards which show you different data.
The Impact Dashboard shows the impact that Purlos has had on your organisation - showing the financial value of the number of students converted, the time that staff have saved instead of answering FAQs, and the number of queries that have automatically been resolved by Purlos.
The Engage Dashboard shows key data points such as Engagement Level, Unresolved Queries, the number of Withdrawn Learners and many more! Check out the article for more info.
The Destinations Dashboard gives key data points relating to our Destinations service, such as the amount of time that staff has saved, number of captured Destinations and much more. Check out the article for more info.
The Benchmark Destinations Dashboard shows the Destinations statistics from other institutions around the UK. You can use this to see how your results compare to these institutions' results.
Roadmap
The Roadmap tab is the central area where you can view and manage your campaigns. From here, you can create new roadmaps (for different years, funding types etc), delete campaigns from roadmaps and most importantly, create campaigns.
The columns are the months within your roadmaps, and the cards within them are your campaigns. You can also switch to list view using the button in the top right. You can navigate to different roadmaps with the dropdown menu under the 'Roadmap' subheading and see different Campaign Statuses also.
Queries
Here you can see all learner queries and respond to them. You can also use the Queries Dashboard for more data. Check out the following related articles on the queries section:
You can also filter and bulk-resolve your queries.
Students
The students tab is simple - you can see all the student contacts that you have uploaded.
Conversation Designer
You can access the Conversation Designer by clicking into any campaign, or while designing a campaign after creating it. Check out these articles on accessing the Conversation Designer and using the Conversation Designer.
