Follow this quick steps to access your Resolved Qeuries
Step 1: Click the Queries tab.
Step 2: Click the dropdown button to see the list for Resolved Queries
Step 3: Choose All Resolved Queries
Step 4: All Done!
*You can also see your notifications in the Queries section of the platform. Notifications generally do not need a response from the user, as they only notify once certain options are chosen by the learner e.g. learner dropping out.
