There are a few ways to get to the Conversation Designer.
To send a campaign, you must first design your conversation, so accessing the designer is key to success!

One important thing to understand is that you can only create a template within a campaign. You cannot create a template without attaching it to a campaign.
Once it's attached to a campaign, you can then access the Conversation Designer for that template.
You can access the Conversation Designer a few different ways.
Access the Conversation Designer via a Campaign
Navigate to the Roadmap
Once you are at the final stage of campaign creation during which you have created a new template, you will have the option to:
Step 1:
Click 'Create' and then 'Create Campaign'
Step 2:
Choose which template you'd like to edit in the Conversation Designer or alternatively you can start with a blank slate if you choose 'Blank Template'
Step 3:
Choose a campaign name and send date. Then click 'Save'.
Step 4:
You will now see the Conversation Designer where you can make changes to the template.
You can also access the conversation designer by clicking on a previously created campaign in the Roadmap.
