Create a Standard Campaign

How to create a standard campaign in your Roadmap.

Step 1:

Click on the 'Roadmap' tab.

Step 2:

Click the 'Create' button and choose 'Create Campaign' from the dropdown menu.

Step 3:

Choose your template! You can select one of our preset templates, or a template which you have used in a previous campaign. By scrolling to the bottom, you can even create your own template from a blank canvas.

You can use the filters at the top of the page to find exactly what you are looking for. Each template is also categorised into a different 'bucket' - for example Introduction Campaigns, Open Days etc.

​Step 4:

Click 'Next'.

Now, you can give your campaign a name and send date. Don't worry - you can change these later.

Now click 'Save'.

Step 6

Now, you are in the Conversation Designer view. Here, you can make changes to the template if necessary and also import your contacts.
