New AI Conversation Designer

We have introduced a brand new feature, developed to save you time and give you inspiration when designing a conversation. We have trained the AI to use language that friendly to your learners, by providing the AI with example conversations that we have designed in the past.

Generating your conversation

When creating a new campaign, you will notice a brand new button in the template selection page. By selecting generate conversation here, you will taken to our AI Conversation Designer that is designed to support your conversations.

For the AI to generate the best possible conversation for you, it needs to understand the context of the messaging you desire. On the left hand side, you will be prompted to enter a few quick bits of context, such as the timing of the message, target audience and the main objective of the messaging.

Once you are happy with the information you have entered, you can select the generate chatbot button at the bottom of your screen.

Editing your conversation

Your conversation has now been generated and can be seen on the right hand side. You can also view the full conversation by selecting the 'Overview' button - whatever works best for you.

If you want to add some extra information to the conversation, or remove something that has been generated, you can use the bar below that states 'Edit your chatbot here'.

You can make as many edits as you would like, the more information you provide the more contextual knowledge the AI will have. Once you are happy with the conversation, hit the save button. This will take you to the regular conversation designer page, in which you can add any labels or make any final changes before sending the template for approval.

Helpful Tips

  • The more information you provide in the prompt on the left hand side, the more detail there will be in the conversation

  • If you change your mind, and want to change some of the information you provided in the prompt - using the Restart Conversation button will reset the conversation and the AI will forget anything you've previously provided.
