Even after a template has been approved, there might be times when you need to make small changes to the conversation — especially to the layer responses. While the main template itself can no longer be edited, you can still make updates to the conversation flow within the Conversation Designer. Here’s how:

🛠️ How to Edit an Approved Template Conversation

Step 1:
Go to your Roadmap, then select the specific campaign where you want to edit the template conversation.

Step 2:
Click the “Edit Conversation” button in the top-right corner of the Conversation Designer.

Step 3:
A prompt will appear reminding you that only the conversation (layer responses) can be edited — not the original submitted template.

Note: If you need to edit the first message itself, you'll need to create and submit a new one for approval.

Step 4:
After confirming, go ahead and make the necessary changes to the conversation.
Once you're done, click “Save Changes” — it’s in the same spot where the “Edit Conversation” button was.

Step 5:
Your updates will be saved, and any changes you made will reflect in the template’s responses or specific layers you edited.

Step 6:
Once your edits are complete, don’t forget to schedule your campaign again if needed!
