Using the Overview button saves you time, because you can visualise your entire conversation in a mind map view. You can navigate through the conversation and jump straight to any paths with errors to correct.

Read on, or watch the tutorial video here.

Step 1:

In your Roadmap, select the conversation that you want to work on.

Step 2:

Click the 'Overview' button in the top right hand corner of the 'phone' view.

Step 3:

This will open the Overview. It allows you to see all conversation paths in a 'mindmap' style.

Step 4:

If you want to edit a particular path, then click the 'Open in Designer' button. This will take you back to the Conversation Designer where you can edit that path.

Step 5:

The red circles with exclamation marks mean that there is an error in that path. The message might be missing answers. For example, in the image below, the message is missing an answer on options 1 and 2. Hover over the exclamation mark to see more info. The image above also has a white 'bookmark' icon in the top right. This means that the message is bookmarked.

Step 6:

As you can see in the image below, the Overview also shows any labels. If you’d like to learn more about labelling your conversations, click here.

Step 7:

To finalise a conversation - you need to remove all errors. The full error count shows on the top right of the Overview.

Sharing the Overview

You can share the template overview to other members of your organisation without them needing to log into Purlos!

You can click the 'Copy Link' button to copy the sharing link to your clipboard. Anyone with this link will be able to view the conversation, but will not be able to make any edits.
