Step 1: Click on the Roadmap tab.
Step 2: Once in your Roadmap, click on the campaign into which you wish to import your data.
Step 3: This will open a new tab with all of your campaign details.
Step 4: Click 'Add Contacts' on the left hand side of the screen
Step 5: Click 'Import Contacts' and select your data file (ensure it is saved as a CSV first)
Step 6: Make sure all your data fields are mapped (use the dropdown menus if they appear) and click 'Next'
Step 7: Your contacts should upload successfully. If not, you will be met with a message confirming how many learners have been uploaded successfully.
Step 8: If the import has gone through successfully, you will reach this page where you need to click 'Complete' in the bottom right hand corner.
Step 9: You can now see that the contacts have been imported.
You can click 'Preview Contacts' to bring up a window detailing the newly uploaded contacts.
Step 10: You're done!
Required Fields
There are some fields which are required for importing data into a campaign.
These are:
Student ID
First Name
Last Name
Mobile Phone
Course Title
Curriculum Area
Stage
Term
Without these in your CSV, you will not be able to import data.
