No duplicate entries are allowed, especially for Student ID and Mobile Phone
While you should aim to avoid duplicate entries in your CSV file, our platform has a built-in de-duplication feature.
By default, we de-duplicate learners based on the Mobile Phone field.
Upon request, this can be changed to use the Student ID field or a combination of fields.
If multiple rows in the CSV have the same data in the de-duplication field(s), only one record will be retained in our system.
*** Event Fields: Event Date, Time, Location, and Link are used specifically for WhatsApp messages related to a particular event. They serve as merge fields in the message sent to the learner.

The 'Stage' field should only use "Progressed Internal" or "Progressed External" or "Progressed External - Known"
Progressed Internal: Known destinations of learners who have progressed internally
Progressed External: Unknown destinations of learners who have progressed externally

Ensure the 'Destination at Enrolment' field is filled with the Learner's Destination Code before starting the course
