Step 1: Log in to Purlos
Log in to your account and go to the ‘Roadmap’ section.
Step 2: Start a New Campaign
Click the ‘Create’ button located in the upper-right corner of the Roadmap page and choose ‘Create SMS Campaign’.
Step 3: SMS Campaign Details
Once you've created your SMS campaign, give it a name and set your target send date.
Step 4: Build Your SMS Template
Before designing your template, please review and confirm the following prompt
Please note that you message template will only cater:
Character limit: 160 characters
Emojis: Not supported
Step 5: Submit for Approval
After finalizing your SMS message:
Click ‘Request Approval’
Your template will be reviewed internally and approved.
Make sure to include the 'Estimated Contacts' field before proceeding.
Step 6: Upload Contacts and Schedule
Once the template status changes to ‘Awaiting Import’, you’ll be able to:
Upload your contact list
Schedule the campaign for delivery

This feature is a paid add on
It will cost £0.0372 per contact. For example, a campaign with 5000 contacts would cost £186.00
The campaigns will only be sent via SMS, not WhatsApp
Before the campaign can be sent, it requires Purlos approval
