* Duplicates and De-duplication:

  • Data must include all required data points as listed in the table above

  • No duplicate entries are allowed, especially for Student ID and Mobile Phone

  • While you should aim to avoid duplicate entries in your CSV file, our platform has a built-in de-duplication feature.

  • By default, we de-duplicate learners based on the Mobile Phone field.

  • Upon request, this can be changed to use the Student ID field or a combination of fields.

  • If multiple rows in the CSV have the same data in the de-duplication field(s), only one record will be retained in our system.

Below is the Submission template to use when uploading:

International Mobile Numbers (Recent Update)

We've enhanced support for international mobile numbers. Here's what’s changed:

  • International mobile numbers are now supported. Previously, any non‑UK mobile upload would automatically fail. That is no longer the case.

  • To upload international numbers:

    • Add a new column titled Country Code to your CSV.

    • Populate the country code for all learners, including those with UK mobile numbers (e.g., +44, +1, etc.).

    • The Mobile Phone field should still contain the mobile number without the country code—just as before.

  • Important: International numbers will not receive SMS messages at this time.

  • For full details and instructions (including a video walkthrough), see our International Mobile Numbers article.
