International Mobile Numbers

Maximising engagement is at the forefront of everything we do, that's why we've introduced a new way to engage with International Mobiles.

Previously, any number that was not a UK mobile would not be able to be included in our campaigns. The messages would automatically fail. This is no longer the case!

All you need to do to be able to Engage with your learners who have an international number, is include their country code in the upload CSV. For guidance on how this is done, check out this video.

The header you need to add to any existing CSV is 'Country Code'.

Then, the data must be filled out for all learners in the CSV, including the UK mobiles.

If you do not have any international mobile numbers in your CSV, you do not need to add the Country Code header.

Note

International Numbers will not receive any SMS messages.
