Uploading data to your HE campaigns

Unsure on how to upload your data? Look no further

Uploading your data is straightforward once you know where to go, and here you will find exactly what to do. There is also a CSV included

  1. Firstly, identify the campaign you are looking to upload to. If you are at the stage of identifying graduate outcomes, the campaign will be called 'HE Destinations'. Please do not upload any data to the 'Chase Up' campaigns, we will do that automatically.

  2. Then, head to 'Step 2 Add Contacts' on the left hand side. Then, select Import Contacts.

  3. Now you will be prompted to upload the CSV file. Make sure to follow the submission template format that is included at the bottom of this article. Also included further down is the guidelines for each field.

  4. Select your CSV file for upload.

  5. After selecting your CSV file, you should see all of the fields automatically mapped on the right hand side.

If there are any validation issues with the data provided, specific values will be highlighted with the error reason.

If you do not see this screen there were no validation errors.

6. Once complete, you will see a summary of the upload. This will display how many duplicates have been removed (if any), alongside rows with invalid data.
