Want to use a link in your conversation, but it's too long? Fret no more.

We have introduced an automatic link shortening option in our Conversation Designer that ensures you can effectively engage with your learners.

If you have a link in your conversation like above, it can cause the message to become a lot longer than intended. That makes it harder for the recipient to consume and engage with, so shortening links is crucial in ensuring your conversation remains engaging and not too long.

Once you have inserted your desired link, select the three dots in the top right hand corner of your screen.

You'll then see the option to shorten your URL automatically. Once selected, your link will change without you needing to do any stressful work! The destination of your link will never change, and if you wanted to check you can always take the shortened link and insert it into a new tab.

If you have any questions, or any feedback about this new feature, just let us know by dropping us a message through the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
