The roadmap is your home for everything Destinations. Here you will see a calendar view of all of your campaigns and you'll be able to create a survey using our brand new Survey Builder. There's a couple of things you'll need to know about how to use your roadmap to it's maximum potential.
Creating your Roadmap
To create a roadmap, select the 'Create' button in the top right hand corner of your screen. Then, you will be prompted to enter some information about this roadmap.
Next, you will be prompted to select the relevant Purlos product this roadmap relates to. Please select Destinations. You will then see your roadmap name has been created for you below. We recommend using this name that is generated, but you do have the option to then change it.
Navigating Tips
The roadmap will show your campaigns in a calendar view, and you can navigate through the months using the arrows in the top right hand corner. If you would like to change the view, you can see the campaigns in a list using the filter next to the arrows:
Understanding your Campaigns
Once you have created your survey using the builder, the campaigns are automatically placed on your roadmap. We then automatically ensure that the messaging is approved by WhatsApp, so that your messages can be sent successfully.
We have extensively tested the most successful messaging with learners, including the frequency of these messages. Due to this, you are not able to change the date of the chase up campaigns.
If you ever wanted to review the questions that are being sent to your learners, you can open one of the campaigns and view the conversation that you built by selecting the 'Overview' button. You can then share this conversation to anyone within your institution, they don't need to be a Purlos user!
