Here's a guide on how to use the new Purlos Destinations Dashboard in order to see your destinations data in an easy-to-digest format using filters.

Firstly, all of your filters can be found at the top of your Destinations Dashboard.

You can apply as many, or as few at one time as you'd like.

Progression is the most important filter. You will have two options to select from, 'Internally Progressed' or 'Externally Progressed'. Internally Progressed refers to any learners that you have captured the code for, whether they have remained at the institution or you have identified their outcome elsewhere. Externally Progressed refers to learners you have provided us, that we have contacted or will be contacting.

The Campus filter is used to identify the outcomes of learners from a specific campus. Any campuses you provide during your data upload, will appear under this filter.

Filters such as Gender, Ethnicity and High Needs will only display data if you have provided this. If you have not included this data, there will be nothing to display.

If at any stage you want to update any learner data, you’ll need to upload a csv from the ‘Students’ section in the platform. The CSV must include all fields previously entered, this time with the added columns. We will match the Student ID’s to ensure the data is added correctly.

The Roadmap filtered is best used when paired with the Externally Progressed filter. We will split your learners into separate Roadmaps based on either their funding type or age group. We only use roadmaps when contacting learners, so if you only have the internally progressed filter applied, no data will appear.

This filter allows you to really breakdown the success of our messaging over time, to analyse and evaluate the data we have captured in real-time.

To measure the success of your provisions, the most important filters are Curriculum Area, SSA Code and Course Title. If you want to deep-dive into your courses or curriculums, just use these filters!

For further analysis around the impact of your institution, head to the 'Impact' tab at the top of your dashboard.

If you want to filter by certain Destination Codes, head to the 'Summary' tab. Scroll down to the first graph, until you see the Destinations Breakdown. You can then select any of the bars, to filter your entire Dashboard by a specific outcome!

If you have any specific questions around downloading data from the dashboard or navigating around the dashboard head over to our help centre here and search for what you are looking for!

If you need any additional support, just tap the icon in the bottom right of your screen.
