The Destinations Dashboard is brimming with valuable data, so it's crucial to understand how to download and share with others!
Just follow these quick steps for how to export data from your Destinations Dashboard.
How to Export Data
1. First, ensure that you have the correct filters in place. The dashboard is completely dynamic, meaning you can extract a wide variety of data at the click of a mouse. The filter section is where you can whittle down to the exact level of data you desire.
2. Navigate to the graph you want to download data from.
3. Hover over the graph you want to export from, and then select the drop-down in the top right hand corner of the graph. Then, select Share.
4. You will then be presented with a multitude of ways to download the information.
Each of the options will prepare the data in a different way. If you intend to use the data in some form of presentation, downloading as an image may be best for you.
If you need the raw data behind the graph, of if you are downloading a table of student information, downloading in a CSV format may fit the bill.
5. If you want to share an entire page from the Destinations Dashboard do not fret, this is available to you 24/7. Ensure you are on the page you want to download, head to the top of the dashboard, and select the share button as shown below.
This encapsulates a huge amount of data at once, so is only available in image format.
