This form is intended for colleges requesting the deletion of personal data related to one of their learners, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please complete the above form with the necessary information to identify the college and the learner involved, as well as the specific data to be deleted. The request will be processed according to our organization's data protection policies and GDPR regulations.
Please note that the requester must be authorized to act on behalf of the learner and must provide proof of this authority. Unauthorized or false requests may lead to legal consequences. By filling out and submitting this form, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to request data deletion and that all information provided is accurate and true.
We aim to process requests promptly, but it may take longer in certain situations. We will communicate with the requester in these instances to inform them of the expected timeline.
If you do not want to delete learner data but simply want to stop them from being contacted via Purlos, you can mark a learner as 'Do Not Call' by going to the 'Student' tab, search their name, and once on their contact page simply tick 'Do Not Call'. Even if uploaded into another campaign by accident, ticking this will ensure messages are not delivered to them (unless unticked by you!).
