Dashboards are at the centre of everything Purlos does. All data that we collect is easily accessible in one of the four extensive dashboards. They have been designed to detail every step of your Purlos journey, with the ability to filter to your heart's content.

For information on how to export any data from a dashboard, click here.

How to access the dashboard

Depending on your login access to our system, you will see a certain combination of dashboards. Not every user will have access to every dashboard. You can contact your Account Manager if you think there's anything missing!

To navigate between your dashboards, simply click the dashboard you would like to view as seen below. Alternatively, click here to visit your dashboards.

This article will tell you about each report in your new dashboard.

We have listened to your feedback and kept all of your old favourites,

We've kept 4 of your most important reports - Engagement Level, Unresolved Queries, Risk Level, and High Risk students.

You will also see 9 brand new report. To populate these, you'll need to start using Purlos Enrol campaigns.

Your New Dashboard Explained

Engagement Level

Engagement Level is displayed in a percentage. This is the percentage of students who have replied to your campaigns (based on the last campaign they have been sent), giving you insight into how engaging your messages have been.

Unresolved Queries

It is important to check this report often for anything outstanding, so any student questions are promptly answered. You can now answer these queries directly for a quicker and smoother experience! For all the information on answering queries, click here.

Risk Level

Your Risk Level report shows the overall percentage of high or medium risk students for a quick insight into how the admissions journey is going for potential students.

High Risk Students

This is a more in depth look at those students who we have identified as High Risk. This report displays the student names and also their reason for potentially dropping out. A quick and easy way to find out which students need additional support.

Rebook Interviews

Rebook Interview Without Support means that the learner has requested to reschedule their interview, answering Option 1 on Campaign 1 of the Enrol Sequence 'Missed Interviews'. Your action with these students is to rebook their interviews. You will be able to reply to these learners with their new time by going to 'Queries' where you will see a chat console that you can use to reply. For more on Queries, click here.

Rebook Interviews With Support Requested means that the learner has selected Option 2 on Campaign 1 of the Enrol Sequence - 'Book a call as I'm unsure' about rebooking their missed interview. These can also be found as notifications by going to 'Queries' and switching your list view to Notifications. Once the learner has been dealt with, simply change the notification status to 'Resolved'.

Rebook Enrolments & Enrolment Risk

Rebook Enrolments Without Support means that the learner has selected Option 1 of Campaign 4 'Missed Enrolment' and still wants to enrol with you. These will also show in your Notifications list and you can mark them as resolved once the learner's enrolment has been rebooked. Alternatively, you can include in your conversation for this message all the information the student needs to rebook their own enrolment. Your Account Manager will do this with you when you set up this campaign.

Enrolment Risk Support Requested means that the learner has requested in Campaign 2 (Application Process & College Choice) or Campaign 3 (Enrolment Confirmation) to speak to someone at your organisation for advice. You will be able to see in the conversation chat history with them why this has been requested. Learners are offered this option if they say you are their second choice college or lower, or if they say they are a 'Maybe' to their Enrolment Confirmation.

Application Rating

Application Rating shows both the average and then the plotted record count of how your learners have rated your application process, the first question in Campaign 2 of the Enrol Sequence.

Learner College Choice Ranking

This report shows the proportion of learners for whom you are First, Second or Lower in their list of choices. Learners who select Second or Lower are classed as Medium and High risk.

Risk Reasons

When learners are tagged as Medium Risk, High Risk or Dropped out, they are asked to choose a reason, which will populate here.

Withdrawn Learners

These are learners who have said they no longer want to enrol or continue their application with you. You will be notified of these in your 'Notifications' list under your Queries tab so that you can update internal records accordingly.
