Purlos allows multiple users to access the system. You can purchase extra users with your Account Manager.

Follow this tutorial video or the instructions below.

Here's how to manage those users:

To go to 'Account Management' navigate to the top right user icon and click 'Account Management'.

In order to edit users, you'll have to navigate to the 'User Management' tab of the 'Account Management' section.

Now, click on the User Management tab in the top right of the screen. You can now see all users. You can see their names, emails, usernames and permissions, as well as if they are active as a portal user or not.

Depending on how many users and licenses you have, you will see this in the top left.

To create a new user, click 'Create New User'.

Here you can enter the user's first and last names, email and mobile phone. You can also give them Admin permissions and assign the user specific product if they are in Engage or Destination(or in both). Please note - only Admins can create/edit/remove users.

At least one role has to be selected. If the user will be dealing with campaigns, then you can click on the slider for 'Campaign Management'. If they will be managing queries, then click the slider for 'Query Management'. You can also select both sliders.

Once the user is created, you will be able to see it in the User Management page.

You can also edit or replace users by clicking the ellipsis button next to their name. Editing allows you to change permissions or personal information, while replacing a contact allows you to delete a user and create a new one, while passing on all owned queries/campaigns to the new one.

The process of replacing a contact is similar to the process of adding a contact, as you can enter the First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number and Permissions. This means that nothing is lost when transferring user licenses or if somebody leaves the institution.

There is also an option to activate and deactivate users.
