Here's a guide on how to use the new Purlos Destinations Dashboard in order to see your destinations data in an easy-to-digest format.

We have introduced improved reporting on all the important outcome questions. Now, you can view the exact answers of all your questions, categorised by learner outcomes. You can select the relevant tab (Employment, Apprenticeship, Education, NEET & Others) across the top to deep-dive into specific learner answers.

Previously, you could only see an overview of your Destinations results. For any specific information on outcomes, this would have to be manually requested through your Account Manager. These new enhancements will save you time, whilst vastly improving your access to specific student feedback.

You will notice seven tabs to choose from at the top of your dashboard. For a helpful overall view of your Destinations Captured check out the Overview and Summary tabs. Next, our Impact tab is built to display the most impactful courses or curriculum areas. Check it out to see an instant analysis of the success of your curriculum areas.

For data specific to one outcome area (either Employment, Apprenticeship, Education or NEET), just click on the Outcome tab. You will then see a breakdown of the student responses based on their outcome.

If they are now employed, you will now see extra data such as how studying with your organisation has helped them become employed. This new and improved dashboard will allow you to see how every question has been answered by the learner. A whole host of qualitative and quantitative data all in one place! This is similar for the Education & Apprenticeship tab. You will find an abundance of helpful data about how their studies with you, impacted their progression and current outcome.

In the NEET section, you will find information about your learners who are now in a negative destination. We reach out to these learners to understand if they are interested in other courses with your college, so this is your opportunity to re-engage!

For every bit of helpful information you find, you can always share with a colleague. Just hit the arrow in the top right hand corner of the graph, and then share. Also, for more information on a report, just hover over the title!

Near the top of your dashboard, you can use different filters to filter your entire dashboard - there is a myriad of filters to use! A few key filters are Progression, Campus, Roadmap, Funding Stream, Curriculum Area, and Term. The options that appear after selecting one of these filters, will be dependent on the data you’ve provided. If you are reporting on multiple colleges, you will have access to multiple options in the ‘Institution Name’ filter.

Below this, you can see many other metrics under Destination Collection stats. This will show your Delivered Rate, Response Rate and Read Rate so that you can gain a better understanding of message performance.

Towards the bottom of your dashboard, you can see a table showing your results based on the filters you've selected. This table, titled Captured Destinations. is available on every tab apart from Overview. This table will only ever show learners with a destinations code, and you can sort the desired data by Age Group or Funding Type, whilst also having the ability to sort by Ascending or Descending data. If you need to add Age Group and/or Funding Type to your existing students, you’ll need to upload a csv from the ‘Students’ section. The CSV must include all fields previously entered, this time with the added columns. We will match the Student ID’s to ensure the data is added correctly.

If you want to see a report of just a specific Destination Code, you can click on any bar in the Destination Codes graph, found in the Summary tab. For example, if you click on EDU - 4 (as below) - the dashboard and the report at the bottom changes. You can then add additional demographic filters on top of this.

To export your report, just click on the drop-down icon in the top right hand corner of each graph or table, and then select 'Share' in order to export it.

To remove any filters you've applied, you can go to the top of the page, click the icon for Return to Initial View. This will clear all filters and will revert the dashboard back.

If you have any specific questions around downloading data from the dashboard, using specific filters or any other dashboard head over to our help centre here and search for what you are looking for!

If you need any additional support, just tap the icon in the bottom right of your screen.
