If you are having trouble logging in, try the below few steps.
Check your username
Ensure you are using the correct username. Your username may not always be the same as your email address. Check your original login credentials email from [email protected] to find out your username.
Forgot Password
Reset your password by entering your username. As above, make sure you're using the right username.
Step 1:
Click 'Forgot Your Password?'
Step 2:
Enter your username and click 'Continue'.
Step 3:
Use the email link that you receive to reset your password.
If none of the above work, pop a message in the chat in the bottom right hand corner and your Account Manager will be able to help.
