What are Rolling Campaigns?

We have listened to your feedback! Instead of setting up the same campaign multiple times, you can now set up one Rolling campaign.


When should I use a Rolling Campaign?

When setting up a campaign that will be used multiple times, on a fixed schedule. For example, you can set up a Jenni Intro on the 1st of every month for brand new applications throughout the month. This way, you will no longer need to set up multiple campaigns using the same template.


How do I create a Rolling Campaign?

When creating a campaign, turn on the 'Show Advanced Settings' slider. You will be asked if you would like the campaign to be repeated. You can select 'Weekly' or 'Monthly'.

After selecting the frequency, you will then be asked to select the 'Send from' date. This is the starting date of the campaign, meaning it will be first sent on this date.

Once confirmed, you will be prompted to select a 'Send until' date. This is the sending end date, meaning the campaign is then complete and no further messages will be sent.

These new campaigns will then be placed in your roadmap!
