How to delete a contact from a Campaign

Remove a contact that you no longer need in a Campaign, e.g. a student has withdrawn or was included accidentally.

Step 1: Click on the Roadmap tab.

Step 2: Select the Campaign you want to delete a contact from.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Step 2: Add Contacts’ tab on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 4: Click ‘Preview Contacts’.

Step 5: You’ll be taken to a pop up page where you can see the list of contacts.

Step 6: Select the contacts you wish to delete by ticking the checkbox next to each contact’s name.


Step 7: Once you’ve selected the contacts, a ‘Delete’ button will appear in the top right corner.

Step 8: Click ‘Delete’ to remove the selected contacts from the campaign.
