How to Clone Your Roadmap

Need to reuse an existing roadmap? You can clone an entire roadmap, including its campaigns, saving you time when creating a new journey. During the cloning process, you'll have the option to copy all campaigns or only the ones you need. Before activating

Steps to Clone a Roadmap

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Roadmaps tab.
    ​

  2. Open the roadmap you want to clone.

    Note: Cloning starts from within an existing roadmap. You do not need to use the Create Roadmap button.

  3. Click the Roadmap Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
    ​

  4. In the settings menu, you’ll see the roadmap details. Select Clone Roadmap.
    ​

  5. Enter a name for your new roadmap, then choose which campaigns you'd like to copy:

    • Clone All to copy every campaign, or

    • Select only the specific campaigns you want to include.
      ​

  6. For each selected campaign, choose a new send date.

    • Ensure all send dates fall on business days.

    • Once you've finished updating the dates, click Save.


      ​

  7. After saving, you'll be automatically redirected to your newly created roadmap, where you can review and make any additional changes before using it.
