How to View Your Total Number of Learners

This guide explains how to find the total number of learners in your account using the Engage Dashboard. You can also filter the data by stage or term, and export the report if needed.

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Log in to your platform account using your usual credentials.


Step 2: Open the Engage Dashboard

  1. From the main navigation, go to the Engage Dashboard.

  2. This dashboard provides an overview of learner engagement and risk levels.


Step 3: Open the Overall Risk Level Report

  1. In the Engage Dashboard, locate the Engagement Level section.

  2. Click View Report (Overall Risk Level).

You will be taken to a detailed report page showing learner-level data.


Step 4: Check Your Filters

Before reviewing the total number of learners, make sure your filters are set correctly:

  • Set all filters to All if you want to see the total number of learners in your system.

  • You can optionally filter by stage, term, or other available filters if you want to see a specific subset of learners.

Tip: Filters applied on the Engage Dashboard affect the data shown in the report.


Step 5: View the Total Number of Learners

  1. On the report page, look to the upper-left corner.

  2. The number displayed here represents the total number of learners based on your selected filters.


Step 6: View Learners in the Table

  • Scroll down the page to view the full learner table.

  • The table lists individual learner records included in the total count.


Step 7: Export the Report (Optional)

If you need a copy of the data:

  1. Click the Export button in the upper-right corner of the report.

  2. Download the file for offline review or sharing.


Summary

  • The Overall Risk Level report shows your total number of learners

  • The total learner count appears in the upper-left corner of the report

  • Filters allow you to refine the data by stage, term, or other criteria

  • Reports can be exported for further analysis
