Log in to the Portal
Go to your platform login page.
Enter your credentials and access your dashboard.
Navigate to the Knowledge Section
Click “Add FAQ” and Select “Auto fill FAQ”
Read the Feature Explanation
A message will appear explaining how Auto-Fill works:
“We will automatically use your website to generate FAQs for you, so you don’t have to write them out manually. All you need to do is enter your website URL above.
Please be aware that this process can take up to 15 minutes.”

Review the Generated FAQs
After hitting "Save to Knowledge Base" all records will be created, and you would be able to
Make edits on your FAQ's
Delete FAQs record
Export or manually add more FAQs
💡 Tips
Make sure your website contains clear, learner-focused information to get the best results.
You can always edit or archive FAQs later from the Knowledge tab.
If you have more than 15 FAQ records "Auto Fill FAQs" button will not be visible on the Add FAQ dropdown
