📘 How to Use the Auto-Fill FAQ Feature

This guide helps campaign managers quickly generate FAQs using the Auto-Fill feature, so you can start engaging learners without writing everything manually.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Portal

    • Go to your platform login page.

    • Enter your credentials and access your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Knowledge Section

    • From the top navigation bar, click on “Knowledge”.


  3. Click “Add FAQ” and Select “Auto fill FAQ”

    • On the top-right corner, click the “Add FAQ” button.

    • From the dropdown, choose “Auto fill FAQ”.

  4. Read the Feature Explanation

    • A message will appear explaining how Auto-Fill works:

      “We will automatically use your website to generate FAQs for you, so you don’t have to write them out manually. All you need to do is enter your website URL above.

      Please be aware that this process can take up to 15 minutes.

  5. Enter Your Website URL

    • Type your organization’s website into the field provided.

    • Click “Generate answers” to begin the process.


  6. Review the Generated FAQs

    • Once scraping is complete, you’ll see a list of Questions and Answers pulled from your website.

    • You will see a list of Questions without an Answers and you need to add them manually

    • You can also:

      • Edit any FAQ before saving.


  7. After hitting "Save to Knowledge Base" all records will be created, and you would be able to

    • Make edits on your FAQ's

    • Delete FAQs record

    • Export or manually add more FAQs

💡 Tips

  • Make sure your website contains clear, learner-focused information to get the best results.

  • You can always edit or archive FAQs later from the Knowledge tab.

  • If you have more than 15 FAQ records "Auto Fill FAQs" button will not be visible on the Add FAQ dropdown
