Managing Integration

This allows you to easily view and manage all campaigns that are connected to your external systems. This helps you keep track of which campaigns are live and gives you control over pausing or resuming them when needed.

"Manage Integration" Tab is only available to accounts with Integrated Campaigns

1. View All Your Integrated Campaigns in One Place

You’ll see a list of all campaigns connected to your CRM, including:

  • Campaign Name

  • Status (Active, Paused, Completed)

  • Send Dates (Start, Next and End)

  • Frequency

  • Response Rates

  • Total Members

This gives you a clear overview of which campaigns are currently running and where your learners may be receiving automated messages.

2. Check Campaign Status

Each campaign will show one of the following statuses:

  • Active – The campaign is running and learners will continue receiving messages when triggered.

  • Paused – The campaign is temporarily stopped and no messages will be sent.

  • Completed – The campaign has finished running based on its design or criteria.

3. Pause or Resume an Integrated Campaign

If you need to temporarily stop a campaign — for example, during holidays, system maintenance, or to prevent accidental messages — you can pause the campaign directly from this tab.

When paused, the campaign will not send any further messages, even if triggered from your CRM.

You can also resume the campaign at any time.

4. Improved Quality and Oversight

The Integrated Campaigns tab gives campaign managers more visibility and control by allowing you to:

  • Confirm which campaigns are active

  • Monitor activity without needing backend access

  • Check whether a campaign is behaving as expected

  • Quickly pause a campaign if you spot an issue

  • You can also sort campaign from Newest to Oldest

Why This Feature Is Helpful

  • Saves time — no need to ask support or CRM admins to check campaign status.

  • Reduces errors — you can immediately pause campaigns if the wrong group is triggering messages.

  • Gives transparency — you always know what is running in the background.

  • Improves compliance — especially for safeguarding and important notifications.
