This guide will solely be focusing on uploading Known Destinations data from a Group Account, to find out more about all of our importing rules and guidelines check out this article.
When importing data from a Group Account, you can use the same Submission File as you would've in the past. There is one new field you will need to enter into your CSV in order for the upload to be successful.
This new column must be headed with the value 'Institution'.
Below, you then input the account you want the learner record to be placed in. For example:
Please note, this 'Institution' field is different from the 'Campus' field. You can enter any text into the Campus field, but the data you enter into the Institution field must match the accounts that were agreed upon when you came onboard with Purlos.
