Once you've sent your email campaigns, it's important to understand how they have performed.
Once opening up your sent email campaign, you will be taken to Step 5 - Analysis. Here you will find out all the information on the campaign's performance.
Firstly, you will see the crucial rates: Open, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Delivered, Bounced/Blocked.
This is the basis for how well your campaign has engaged with the recipients. Just below, you will find the Link Analysis. If you have included click through links in your email campaign, here you will see how many times that link has been accessed. This also displays multiple bars in the chart if you have included more than one link.
Next, you will see the email's performance over time. This is firstly broken down by hour for the first 24 hours of the campaign being sent, but you have the option to change to a First 7 Days view for a wider look at how the campaign has been received.
