When adding new FAQs, sometimes you want to see them working first hand before using them with your learners. That is why we've introduced a Test FAQs feature.
Head over to your Knowledge tab and select the Knowledge Group you want to test (if you have any). If you want to test all of your FAQs, remain on the 'All FAQs' section.
Then, in the top right hand corner, select the 'Test FAQ's button.
This will then prompt you to enter your mobile number. Once confirmed you will receive a WhatsApp message starting your conversation.
All you need to do to begin, type Hello.
