🧠 What does it do?

Let’s say you ran a survey and one of the questions asked learners:
“Are you planning to attend College Experience Day?”
Now, you want to see the full breakdown — but only for those who said “Yes.”
With this new feature, you can do exactly that.

🛠️ How it works:

Here’s a quick step-by-step guide (screenshots coming in the article below):

✅ Step 1: Open your campaign results

Head to your Roadmap tab and select the campaign you want to review.

✅ Step 2: Click on a Response from 'Responses' table

Find the survey question you're interested in.
For example: "Do you plan to attend?"

✅ Step 3: Choose an answer to filter by

Click on the answer option you want to focus on — like “Yes.”

👉 Once selected, the dashboard will automatically refresh all other tables (including learner lists) to show only those who chose that answer.

✅ Step 4: Explore deeper insights

Now you’ll be able to:

  • View only the learners who gave that response

  • Check their names, details, and other campaign metrics

  • Download filtered data if needed

💡 Why it’s useful:

This lets you quickly narrow down who’s engaged, who may need support, or which responses matter most for your follow-up actions. No need to manually dig through rows of data anymore!
