Understanding how your learners have progressed is important, but ensuring that their outcomes are sustained is equally as important. Here you will find how to use the 'Sustained' tab in your 3.0 Dashboard.

Read below or check out a video guide here.

Firstly, you retain the ability to filter using the exact same filters in all other tabs. Once you've applied any relevant filters, your dashboard will immediately update.

Starting with the most important numbers, you'll see the breakdown of how many learners have sustained their destination and those that haven't. You can select a segment of this pie chart to highlight only a specific subset of learners if desired.

Next, you will see the total number of learners who have progressed from a Negative to a Positive Outcome and vice versa. This is initially shown as an overall number, but you can switch to table view to see all relevant learners. These data points can support curriculum planning, alongside potential leads for your careers team to reach out to those who are now in a Negative destination.

Below, you have the 'All Answers' table. This table displays all learners who have replied to the Sustained survey, with each individual response available to be seen and ready for downloading.

Lastly, you will notice the 'Further Training Needs' section. We ask your learners whether they would be interested in returning to your institution, or if they have any additional training needs. This serves as lead generation, so for those who are interested - be sure to reach out!

If there were any amendments to your question set which meant that additional questions were asked, you will also find them in this section. Just select the drop down and choose the relevant question to see all of the answers.

You can see the standard sustained destinations survey here. This can also be viewed by navigating to the campaign on your roadmap, and selecting the overview feature. Unless otherwise agreed, this is the survey used to populate the data in the dashboard.
