Whenever a WhatsApp Template is approved by WhatsApp we let you know by sending you an email. Now, we've made some changes to make sure you are notified the way you'd like to be.
View your settings by selecting the 'Account Management' option in the top right hand corner of the Purlos platform.
2. Then, navigate to the 'Additional Settings' option.
3. Here, you will see the option for you to select the channel in which you receive the template approval notification. It is by default set to Email, so if you'd like to keep this then you don't need to do anything.
4. If you'd like to change it to SMS or Email & SMS you will then be prompted to enter in a UK mobile number. Please note, any mobile number you enter here will then change your mobile number in our system.
