In this brand new dashboard you will see two tabs, Campaigns and Queries.

Campaigns

Firstly, you will find a few filters to work with. You can view campaigns from a specific roadmap, a specific time period, or a specific campus. The entire page will update based on the filters you place, so have a think about the data you are trying to view and then filter away!

You will notice some important graphs at the top of your page. Average response rate is the combination of all relevant campaigns and is the centre of how successful your engagement has been. If you are looking to improve your response rates, click on the title:

On the right hand side you will see a list of individual campaigns, with their response rate broken down in order. An excellent comparison into how engaging individual campaigns are.

Slightly further down the page is a couple of tables about your campaigns. Campaign Performance Summary shows more in-depth statistics on each campaign's engagement level. All Campaigns Data shows a table of every single campaign, their status (Sent, Overdue etc), their Roadmap, and their Send Date.

At the end of the Campaigns page, you will see a 'Suggested Campaigns' table. These are the key campaigns we recommend running to maximise your engagement, categorised by the different types of campaigns.

Queries

At the top, you have two filters at your disposal. Campus and Query Opened Date. If you are looking to see queries from a specific time period or campus, make sure to apply a filter to update the entire page.

Firstly, you will see the time Purlos has saved you by answering student questions. Every question we answer without needing your intervention is 5 minutes towards the total. Just next to this, is the overall number of queries answered by Purlos and raised to your staff. If you are looking to reduce the number of queries being raised to your staff please make sure to stay on top of your FAQ's in the Knowledge tab. For all of the information check out our guidance here or select the title on the graph:

On the right hand side you see a graph depicting your most common queries. As of December 2024 all queries raised are categorised and sorted. You can sort your individual queries from the Queries tab, but this graph gives you a high level insight into what the most common questions are that Purlos couldn't answer using your FAQ's.

Just below you will see the Chart and Table of all queries raised to you. This is a comprehensive view for true analysis of questions being raised to you from students.

Last but not least, there is a Chart/Table view of all of the questions that we have been able to answer using your FAQ's.
