Once you've navigated to the Destinations 3.0 Dashboard, it is brimming with data ready to be downloaded in an easily accessible format.

Downloading a Graph

Hover over to the graph you are looking to download, and you will see a drop down appear in the top right hand corner of the graph.

Select this dropdown, and you will be met with four different formats for downloading this data. When downloading a graph it is most commonly downloaded in image format, but this is down to your preference.

Downloading a Table

On a similar note, hover over the table you are looking to download, and you will see a drop down appear in the top right hand corner of the table.

Select this dropdown and you will be met with four different formats for downloading this data. When downloading a table it is most commonly downloaded in CSV format, but this is down to your preference.

At the bottom of the 'Destinations Survey Summary' tab, you will see the tables 'Captured Learners' and 'Pending Learners'. The Pending Learners table displays all of the learners who we are yet to capture the code for.

The Captured Learners table is what holds the most information ready to download. This table will show the student information paired with Destination Code details ready for your ILR Submission.

Also, this table includes every question asked to the student, and their answer. Downloading this file as a CSV will show you the entire outcome of the survey.
